Training Floor

You don't need another Monday restart

Motivation isn't
the missing piece.
Structure is.

Most people don't stop training because they stopped caring. They stop because nothing told them what to do next.

  • Starting over every few months
  • No plan past the first week
  • Guessing weights and reps
  • Waiting on crowded equipment
  • Training hard with no progress
  • Nobody noticing when you stop

Member stories

Real people.
Real progress.

No promises about how your body should look. Just what members say changed once training became routine.

I'd started and quit four gyms before this one. Having a written block and a coach who checks in is the only reason I'm still training two years later.

First deadlift here was 60kg and I was nervous about the platform. Pulled 120kg last month. Nobody rushed me to get there.

Tom H.

Member since 2023 · Strength

I train at 5:30am before work. The floor is busy but never chaotic, and coaches still say my name. That's what keeps me consistent.
